More changes coming to the SeniorFitness website

November 10, 2007

Starting next week we will be putting out a newsletter to our readers highlighting recent breakthroughs in life extension and optimization of health and fitness for seniors. Sign up for the newsletter, and we will e-mail you an overview of The Six Critical Keys to Dynamic Senior Living. This paper will show you the primary strategies to build superior health, fitness and potential longevity. It is a condensed version of the lead articles in our 6 Keys Category, and puts the whole effort in focus for a shorter read.

A second new feature will be our Senior Fitness Gallery of Inspiration. We will add a submission form to let you seniors who are examples of living the fitness lifestyle show your stuff. You can tell your story of who you are, how you stay so incredibly fit, how you spend your health-filled time and abundant energy and we will post up to five photos for others to see what can be done to optimize the aging process. If you have video clips of your training or other activities, or just want to pass on the strategies that work for you in video format, we will post them on our U-Tube account and link them to your profile. If you think it is important to pass on the good fortune and blessing of good health to those willing to listen, then we want to hear from you!

The same goes for our Forum – we want you to talk up the benefits of living like Jack LaLanne so that others can benefit from your experience – so log on and tell the world what works for you. If your are in the senior fitness business, have a gym or are a personal trainer, register your services in our Trainer Registration page – click the tab at the top of the home page, fill out the form and promote yourself so folks who are looking to improve fitness and health can find you locally.

I got my first cold in over two years and I am really annoyed and miserable. Since I started using Cod Liver Oil to insure vitamin D levels, I have fought off every virus attack without really getting sick, and was enjoying the bragging rights. I had one of those dry throat things after the recent winds in the LA area, thinking it was mild allergies. It stayed the same for about a week, until I visited my orthodontist and got my first braces on. I think the added stress of my mouth being sore set me up for it, and two days later the sore throat became a full-blown cold. Man, do I hate being sick. I lost two days from work and got nothing done for the better part of a week. I finally bought Source Naturals’ Wellness Formula and their Mushroom Immune Defense, and tripling the normal dose, I now have the upper hand – it’s breaking up and I can hit the gym Monday. Life is good when you’re healthy!

Good living – Frank
