I just got back from my one-hour shift at the gym training my one client of the day (we closed early for Christmas), but let me tell you, I find this phase of my life the best yet. Yes some parts of this old body are not as functional as in my youth, but I am so thankful for this opportunity to help others improve their health and functionality; I love this job!
The Fitness horizon is brimming with Promise; many new tools for improving senior living are roaring down the tracks of development. But if we want to benefit in the near future we have to be early adopters and risk takers. Wait till all the kinks are worked out and the FDA approves it all and many life-rafts will have already sailed without us.
I’m already killing my senescent cells on a quarterly schedule using supplements that show promise. I’ve already seen regression of diagnosed prostate cancer using Fenbendazole, which may prove to be a drug cancer can’t adapt to. I’ve been boosting NAD+ using NMN for going on three years and really don’t feel my age much at all. I will be writing up some of this progress in the new year, but for now I wish us the very best for 2022.
