If simplicity were the key to building muscle then The Musclehead’s Guide To Building A Godlike Physique would be the lock that it opens. The Musclehead has managed to take a wealth of confusion, disagreement, and contradicting philosophies, wean out the fluff and the hype, and meld the remainder into a simple system to gain muscle, lose weight (or gain weight if you are a hardgainer) and to build a Godlike Physique.

If you are somewhat religious then you may find the title of this book somewhat offensive and irreverent. In this reviewer’s opinion the Musclehead’s style is somewhat offensive and irreverent but it is this style of writing and his approach that sets his work apart from the rest. This ebook is nonconventional in that it gets right to the heart of transforming your body into the physique that you long for. It is irreverent in that it steers away from the traditional hype that the muscle magazines and supplement companies have been driving down our throats for years and years. The Musclehead takes no prisoners as he lays out his system for building a better you!

One of the nice features of this program is that it is written in easy to understand language so anyone can understand it. He does not ramble on discussing complicated theory and physiology. He delivers the nuts and bolts of the program. After a few minutes of reading the material you will be well on your way to understanding exactly what you have to do and why you have to do it to build muscle and lose fat.

For me the other main attraction to this program is how easy it is to implement. The Musclehead designed it so that the average “lazy Joe” (or Susan) can download it, read it, print out the workouts, go to the gym and begin building that Godlike Physique. The only way he could have made it easier or more user friendly is if he took you to the gym and did the workout for you! It really is a no-brainer of a program.

If you like some high-tech in your workouts The Musclehead’s program does offer software that will allow you to print out your workouts and track your progress. You can also generate diet plans and monitor your nutritional needs with the Diet Generator software that is included. He didn’t forget to include software that allows you to track your end result – body measurements. You can monitor your progress from start to finish and visually see how your measurements are changing.

There are some things you should be aware of if purchasing this program. It’s not full of warm fuzzies! If you are looking for loads of reassurance and endless compliments then this work is probably not for you. Keep in mind that software as described above is great but only if you use it. There is a time requirement for inputting your data into the software so you can accurately track your progress. It is worth it in the end but it is not critical to your success. Lastly, as with any program like this you will only get out of it what you put into it. The Musclehead has laid out the tools for you and written up the blueprint for building a better body. It is up to you to do the work.

In the end I like this program for its simplicity and ease of use. Someone that likes the intellectual side of things may not be impressed with it. To them I would say look beyond the trees and see the forest – we’re not here to build our brains, just some rippling pecs and rock hard abs!

Changing your physique is not easy. Building lean muscle through the proper combination of eating right, weighttraining and cardiovascular exercise is a complex process. Discover how you can simplify the path to a lean, muscular body with the proper guidance in The Musclehead's Guide To Building A Godlike Physique.
