Passion. If you don't have it, you won't get very far.
Frank,
Let's face it. Every person would like to "be totally fit" and build the most muscle or burn the most fat in record time.
However, as you probably know, the two most frequently asked question's that I address in my Beginners' Guide to Fitness and Bodybuilding are:
1) How do I get motivated? 2) How soon can I expect to see results?
Why? Essentially everybody wishes to improve their fitness, but they just aren't passionate about doing it. Plus, once they do start, many desire results the first week. If not, then they are wasting their time. Right? I mean how long should you have to wait?
Does that mean you should give up on trying to get into better shape if you don't see results right away? Not exactly.
I'll let you in on a little secre't. There IS actually a way to "beat the system". The interesting thing is that it's not what you'd expect.
****** Did you know that when I was writing my second edition of the Beginner's Guide that I had well over 500 question's from 50 beginners guiding me?
You can have this "brain dump" of fitness secrets handed to you on a silver platter, in your Beginner's Guide course. Go to http://www.beginning-bodybuilding.com for the full details. *****
What's the secre't to bodybuilding success?
Passion!
Yes, p-a-s-s-i-o-n
Without that burning desire to succeed, most things will elude you. Desire comes from an interest that can grow into passion.
If you have a passion for something, you'll do whatever it takes to be successful. Without this drive you'll be partially committed and not fully successful.
Take a look at any major sports star or entertainer. The passion they have for their sport is obvious. It is what drives them to succeed and motivates them to give 100%. Without this unyielding motivation, they would be stuck in the average category.
To be successful in the pursuit of fitness, it needs to become a passion. If you don't have a strong interest in becoming fit, I suggest you find other activities to enjoy. Becoming fit isn't something anybody does successfully when it is only a passing interest.
It is important to realize that you need increase your general fitness knowledge before you can develop a real enthusiasm for it. In my case, as I kept learning more and more about training, nutrition and supplements, my interest had a major growth spurt.
The surprising thing is that you don't need to be obsessive about working out. You can be very successful just doing 45 minutes a session, 3 times a week. You don't need to live in the gym nor spend every second thinking about working out.
This is the tip of the iceberg regarding the mental secrets that are revealed in your Beginner's Guide to Fitness And Bodybuilding.
If you're really serious about changing your life and making the best gains you've ever experienced, then simple go to http://www.beginning-bodybuilding to get your hands on the entire collection of fitness and bodybuilding secrets (and much more).
Regards,
Marc David
P.S. In the next issue of your Beginners mini- course, I'm going to tell you what you better not engage in when you wake up. If you do this, you can definitely kiss the gains good-bye.

Congratulations Marc! The foundational information you lay out in your 'Beginner's Guide to Fitness & Bodybuilding' is the PERFECT starting place for anyone looking to begin a fitness program the RIGHT WAY!
You and I both know that there is so much bogus information circulating around the magazines and locker rooms out there that it's easy for beginners to become confused and frustrated with their lack of gains. Heck...that's why most of them quit after about 3-6 months of training! If only everyone looking to begin a bodybuilding or fitness program could read your book, they would be almost GUARANTEED to meet their goals!
I particularly enjoyed the guidance you provided for staying motivated and on track with one's program. This is one of the biggest obstacles to making consistent gains in any fitness program. When this insight is paired with your advice for proper exercise, eating and supplementation, it simply proves your mastery of providing only the most cutting edge training tactics for your readers!
Keep up the great work Marc!
Sincerely,
