When you join a gym you’re always looking for the gym that is the quietest and the gym that is going to give you what you deserve for your money. This would be enough machines so that you will be able to workout whatever body part you want. When I go to workout I usually go to accomplish three things which are cardio, weight training and toning. Usually I will go to the gym three times a week. I also will go running two nights and then when I get back to the house I will workout.

When you go to the gym the first thing you should work on is cardio. This is because cardio will get the rest of the body ready to go to workout. Also cardio will help you maintain a good sweat. That way pounds are literally dripping right off of you. I usually tend to start of with thirty to thirty five minutes on the elliptical. After the elliptical I tend to go on the treadmill for twenty minutes. This is the beginning of the workout.

The Next thing that you’re trying to accomplish while you’re working out is weight training. This training allows your muscles to become bigger and stronger. Therefore the more that you train the more resistance that you’re going to have to give your muscles in order for your muscles to become bigger. When I go to the gym I like to do three sets of eight repetitions of whatever exercise I am working on. I tend to do five machines when I go to the gym. The best way when you’re at the gym is let your body tell you when it thinks it is time to go.

After you have accomplished doing your cardio and weight training then you can turn your focus to toning certain body parts. I tend to after I go running then I start doing crunches and other abs related exercises. At my house I also have a little step so I use it and do aerobics on it. It really helps tone my legs.

Now that you know when you first step foot into a gym that you should already be thinking about what you want to get accomplished today. Make sure that you always stay focused on what you are doing and what goals you are trying to surpass. The gym doesn’t have to always be stressful if you know what you got to do then the gym will be a breeze.
