We are inundated almost daily by news stories filled with lies
and half-truths about the “dangers” of taking nutritional
supplements. These stories are often based on poorly conducted
research and usually written by reporters who depend on medical
center specialists for their accuracy or by practicing physicians,
most of whom possess only vague information concerning such dangers,
real or imagined. Here is the real story on the vitamins your body
needs from my special report, http://w3.newsmax.com/blaylock/36a.cfm?s=al&promo_code=4354-1">Key Vitamins That Save Your Heart, Prevent Cancer, and Keep You Living

Vitamin E: Most doctors don’t understand the different forms of vitamin E and their properties. In nature, vitamin E is composed of
eight subtypes: four tocopherols and four tocotrienols. They are
designated as alpha, beta, gamma and delta for each type. Recent
studies have found that gamma-tocopherol (-tocopherol) is the only
form that has anti-inflammatory properties. This is vital since most
studies find that cancer, neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer’s,
Parkinson’s, etc.) and chronic diseases are all inflammatory.
A number of new studies have shown that natural vitamin E formulas with high amounts of gamma-tocopherol reduce cancer
development and protect the brain, as well as other organs.
Vitamin C: Also called ascorbic acid, vitamin C is found in all plants and in animal meats. The highest levels are in plants,
especially fruits and vegetables. A number of studies have shown
that when vitamin C is combined with other antioxidant vitamins, it
strongly suppresses the growth of many types of cancer, and can also
prevent many cancers from developing.
The great benefits of vitamin C include:
- Kills leukemia cells
- When combined with other vitamins, suppresses growth of many
cancers
- Buffered vitamin C lowers risk of Alzheimer’s disease
- Prevents kidney stones.
Vitamin D: Like vitamin A, doctors were taught that high doses could be dangerous, so they limited doses to 400 IU or less. Recent
studies have shown that this amount is far too low. Studies have
shown that the skin can produce about 10,000 IU of vitamin D a day
with moderate sun exposure, far greater than the paltry daily
allowance recommended by the USDA. With the widespread use of sun
blockers, people both young and old are becoming severely vitamin D
deficient.
Recent studies have found that low vitamin D levels are associated with much higher rates of multiple sclerosis, which
explains why MS is much more common in northern climates. Vitamin D
has tremendous benefits:
- Helps calm the immune system
- Reduces the risk of developing MS
- Plays a major role in preventing a number of cancers,
including colon cancer, breast cancer, and prostate cancer
