When I was little I used to love to go to the park. While I was at the park I use to run around and play on everything and I would stop to talk to other kid’s every once and a while. Now though that I am older it is not as easy for me to run around all the time. I have to make sure that in order for me to still be able to run at all I have to keep my body in shape. How I keep my body in shape is by making sure that I eat healthier, do strenuous activity, and make sure that my body is getting enough fluids.

By eating healthier this will try to keep my body in shape. When I say eat healthier I mean make sure that you are getting moderate daily portions. Also make sure that you are getting the right amount of the food pyramid. This way your body will be a machine ready to shed the fat right off of your body. There are tons of diets that you can do research on and see which one really will behoove you. Just make sure that you pick a diet that fits your lifestyle the best.

Another way that I keep my body in shape is by doing strenuous activities. This would be when I go and walk, run, or jogged my lake. Also I try to shoot some hoops occasionally. A couple of other activities that you can do are rollerblading, bicycling, skating, and any other sports that you can think of. Just make sure that in your hectic schedule that you make a little time to be able to do physical activity because this is the key factor when it comes to trying to keep your body in shape.

If you’re really trying to keep the body that you have in shape then making sure that you keep fluids in it is essential. The more fluids that you put into your body the more fluids that are going to come out of you body and therefore you’re going to be able to lose more weight. Also by drinking fluids you are cooling your body temperature. It really helps when you’re on fire and sweating really bad. The best fluid out of them all is water and this should be the most important to you.

These are the facts that will help you keep your fabulous body that you have right now in shape. If you follow those facts you should have a great body for a long time.
