It can almost seem like you are a captive in a foreign body that cannot possibly be you staring back from the mirror. It is something we all go through, but how well we age depends largely on the choices we made, and the lifestyle we lived, when we were younger. Luckily, for many of us, there are some common sense ways to ensure your continued good health, despite the sometimes foolish choices we made when we were younger. Healthy aging is a lifelong process.
