Just because a drink says "juice" doesn't mean it is healthy. Many juice drinks aren't even juice at all and are full of sugar, just as sodas are. You have to be selective if you want to choose the healthy things for your kids to drink.

There are a lot of reasons why you have to be selective when choosing the right drinks for your kids because many of them lack what their bodies need for proper development through the years. They also don't have the vitamins and nutrients they need; so be picky.

There are good and healthy choices for your kids and here I will explain those to you.

The most essential and most important drink your children need is water. Unfortunately, most do not get even half of the basic needs their bodies require, due to the unlimited variety of other beverages to offer from.

Basis, everyday water has no taste and it's hard to get your kids to drink something that doesn't taste good. Try adding some flavor like a slice of lemon or lime or make it very cold to satisfy them even more.

Don't be fooled by the so called flavored waters on the market; they may not have as many calories as other drinks, but they lack the essential vitamins your children need. Good ole tap water is till your best bet.

There are a lot of falsehoods concerning juices concerning the amount of juice your child drinks. It's been shown that no matter how much they drink they will not become overweight adults; it's still a healthy choice.

Juice is fine for your child as long as you research the different types of drinks and make sure it is real just and not one of those imitation type juices. Water is best, but juice taste much better.

Last, but certainly not least importantly, is milk; you child needs a proper amount of milk daily to maintain healthy teeth and bones. Milk is a great source of calcium and if you must, I live "Ovaline" in my mile; it adds flavor as well as vitamins and minerals. I lost 40 lbs in 3 months with extreme dieting measures that almost destroyed my health. Spicy food + lots of milk that lead to serious diarrhea every day. I've been doing a bit of research after my dramatic weight loss experience and found that there's actually a PROGRAM designed to do what I attempted, except its basically more healthier and effective.

You can find that specific program at Weight Loss Insider. I recommend you take a look at this Weight Loss Programs and see what they have to say about what you should do to lose 40lbs in 3 months healthily!
