Female bodybuilders need to follow their diet very faithfully. You can't miss out. Sometimes you cheat, but that's a rare thing. What makes you successful is consistently doing it over time. I found the best way to make this work is to have a game plan. Sit down and write out exactly what you're going to eat and when.
