Senior Fitness Mission Statement
The Senior fitness website is dedicated to restoring, maintaining and optimizing the physical and mental capacities of we, the aging population, who want to avoid the process of falling apart and dying as long as possible. Our goal is to postpone the aches and pains, depression, loss of mobility and strength, and the chronic disease states normally associated with aging, and then hopefully die quickly without a lot of suffering. We will focus on all the means to recover and extend youth into our 100s, and seek to provide this information to the public at large.
We are here to wage the good fight against the oldest of enemies. We will promote wisdom that has stood the test of time and technology that promises new weapons for the battle. We will pull together information from researchers and organization that are exploring the limits of life extension, and we will share what we have found to work well for us. We urge you the reader to take charge of your health and fitness and make the necessary changes to your lifestyle to live life to the fullest. We hope to persuade you that this goal is worth of your effort and investment.
