Sport-Specific Fitness - If sport comes first...you have to stay fit to stay in the game!

When you love the game, you just have to play. Sport-specific training helps you stay in the game and play your best. Yes, we slow down as we age, but you can still play against yourself and shoot for being amazing for your age. And you can still play against your peers and get great satisfaction at those moments of glory when you're in the zone. The secret edge is continuous training, with appropriate breaks for recovery.

Many sports are one-sided in nature, like golf, bowling, tennis; if you just play the game, you will become imbalanced, potentially leading to all manner of skeletal and muscular difficulties and discomforts. Sport-specific training works to keep you balanced, flexible and strong in all aspects.
