( Natural phenomenon) A natural phenomenon is a non-artificial event in the physical sense, and therefore not produced by humans, although it may affect humans (e.g. bacteria, ageing, natural disasters). Common examples of natural phenomena include volcanic eruptions, weather, and decay.

Most natural phenomenons are harmless such as rain. Some natural phenomenons such as volcanic eruptions, tsunami and tornadoes are considered dangerous and might lead to death.
