France The Minister of Foreign Affairs in the government of France, is the cabinet minister responsible for the foreign relations of France. The minister is in charge of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, whose headquarters are located on the Quai d'Orsay in Paris close to the National Assembly of France. "Quai d'Orsay" is often used as a metonym for the ministry. Part of the ministry's central administration is located in Nantes. The current minister is Bernard Kouchner, who also holds the title of Minister of European Affairs.
